If the Audit cannot show a clear, credible path to that bar, the Audit fee is returned. If you proceed to Implement and we do not deliver four hours a week saved within ninety days of go-live on the workflows we agreed to touch, that Implement fee is returned.
Audits are quoted after a short intro, not from a public menu. Most land between $997-$1,800 CAD. Typical duration is one to two weeks. You keep the written artifact either way.

- The Audit is scoped to your operations and quoted after a brief conversation. As a guide, most Audits land between $997-$1,800 CAD. Implementation and Operate are priced from what the Audit recommends. We prefer clarity over off-the-shelf packages.
- What timeline should we expect?
- An Audit typically runs one to two weeks, depending on access and depth. Implementation follows the recommended first build. It often takes weeks, not days, because we ship for production. Operate is ongoing. There is no artificial support window.
- Who does the work?
- Jason Wiker, the principal. He runs Audit, Implement, and Operate himself. You work with him directly. You are not handed to a rotating bench or an offshore ticket queue.
- What does the client need to provide?
